Discount Prescription: The following information answers some of the Frequently Asked Questions for Med Store - a leading online pharmacy. Check their website for full details and to order prescription meds online. What is the difference between Brands and Generics? Why do people prefer Generics? Generics are usually priced up to 80 percent less than equivalent brand-name versions. Why? Because brand-name drugs invest large amounts of money to advertise and persuade you to buy their product, Because generic manufacturers spend less on advertising and product development and because generic versions of the same medication create competition and competition can drive prices down (Source: US Food and Drug Administration). Do your generics look exactly the same as brands? Since there is no single standard on how generics should look like, every manufacturer can have different appearance of the same pills. Our generics are manufactured abroad, so they might look different than the ones manufactured in the US. However appearance is not important. What really matters is that our generics have exactly the same chemical composition and ingredients as the brands and as US generics. We only cooperate with big reputable manufacturers, who are approved and licensed by their national FDA. So we do guarantee that what you receive is the correct product, and it will work the same as the brand. How can I make an order? Can I do it by phone? We don’t take orders by phone.
